The Rowan series offers a charming and practical collection of compact timber houses — perfect for use as a garden room, guest cabin, or a cosy holiday escape. Built from quality timber with a traditional gable roof and front terrace, each model blends rustic charm with modern functionality.

Made from pine and spruce wood and finished with tongue-and-groove cladding, every Rowan model includes insulated-glass PVC windows, solid wood doors, and a high-pitched roof with several covering options. The standard 2m-deep terrace adds outdoor comfort and appeal, making each house feel larger and more inviting.

Rowan A: 4 x 4.3m – approx. 16m² usable area + 2m terrace

Rowan B: 4 x 5m – approx. 20m² usable area + 2m terrace

Rowan C: 5 x 5m – approx. 25m² usable area + 2m terrace

Rowan D: 5 x 6m – approx. 30m² usable area + 2m terrace
