Woodera started with a simple idea: building something in your garden, or onto your house, should not feel like a gamble. Too many projects begin with vague pricing, loose promises and nobody clearly owning the job from start to finish.

After years spent around the industry, we decided to build the company we wished had existed when people ask sensible questions: what is actually possible on this site, what will affect the price, what is included, and who is responsible when the work begins.

We focus on two routes: insulated garden rooms for work, wellness and everyday use, and rear extensions for projects that need to feel properly part of the house. Different end result, same approach — clear scope, honest process and one team taking responsibility from first conversation to handover.
