At Woodera, we understand that purchasing a garden building is a big investment, and we want your delivery to be as smooth as possible.

That’s why we arrange each delivery directly with you, so we can agree on a date and time that works best for your schedule.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders over £5,000.
  
• For orders under £5,000, delivery charges vary depending on your location. Please get in touch with us for an exact quote.
  

How Delivery Works

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange your delivery date. We’ll confirm all the details with you in advance, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new garden building.

• Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm.
  
• Your building will arrive on a 3.5t, 7.5t, or 18t flatbed vehicle, depending on the size of your order.
  
• If you think access to your property may be difficult, please let us know before your delivery date so we can make suitable arrangements.
  

Kerbside Delivery

All deliveries are kerbside only. Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property. If you live in a terraced property or an area with limited access, please keep this in mind.

Our drivers will carefully unload your garden building piece by piece to prevent any damage. You (or a nominated person) will need to be present during the delivery to check the order and sign for it.

If you’d like your building to be left in a safe place, please let our Delivery Team know when we arrange your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all items.

• The guarantee starts from the day you receive your order.
  
• We provide a free collection service as part of this agreement.
  
• To qualify for a full refund, the building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition.
  

Please note: as our buildings are supplied as DIY kits, we cannot dismantle them on your behalf and cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs.

Once your building has been collected and received back at our factory, we’ll issue your refund within 1–3 working days.
