About Loftwood Wooden House A2 & A3

The Loftwood A2 and A3 are contemporary barn-inspired timber houses defined by their dramatic 45° gable roof, full-height glazing options, and impressive internal volume.

With ridge heights reaching 5 metres, Loftwood delivers vertical space rarely found in single-storey garden structures. The proportions create an open, light-filled interior suitable for mezzanine extensions, studio layouts, or compact residential use.

This is a design-led timber house — suited to buyers who value architectural presence as much as practicality.

Spatial Experience & Layout Potential

The steep roofline and optional knee wall configuration allow for enhanced ceiling height and mezzanine expansion.

Suitable for:

• Self-contained garden dwelling
• Design-led studio or creative workspace
• Holiday let with mezzanine sleeping area
• Guest accommodation with vaulted ceiling
• Compact contemporary living

Optional trapezoidal glazing or glass terrace upgrades further enhance the front elevation, creating a strong architectural focal point.
