About Crocus Wooden House

The Crocus Wooden House is designed for buyers who want more than a garden room. With a generous 6 × 11 metre footprint and multiple internal configuration options, Crocus bridges the gap between compact timber cabin and fully functioning small home.

Its classic gable roof and strong structural framing give it architectural presence, while the adaptable interior allows you to choose how the space works for you — now and in the future.

Whether used as a private retreat, holiday let, annexe, or long-term living solution, Crocus is built to evolve with your needs.

Choose Your Layout

Crocus is available in three structural variants:

Single-Storey Version
Clean, open-plan living ideal for studios, accessible layouts, or minimalist retreats.

Mezzanine Version
Adds a loft-style level with ladder access — perfect for a sleeping platform, reading area, or additional workspace.

Attic Version
A full upper floor with 80 cm knee wall, creating defined additional living or storage space. Suitable for more residential-style layouts.

This flexibility makes Crocus suitable for both personal use and revenue-generating accommodation.

Who Is Crocus For?

Crocus is ideal if you want:

• A small but substantial timber home
• Layout flexibility without changing footprint
• A mezzanine or attic option
• A strong base for holiday letting
• A structure that feels permanent, not temporary

It offers more scale and adaptability than entry-level models while maintaining the warmth and character of natural timber construction.
